  Today who ever was the sale lady was you are the reason I will never use cricket again. How dare me come into your store and need help. God forbid that you may have to do your job instead of talking with your friends.

  Customer service was amazing!! I worked with Mary there setting up my phone but the conditions they are working in right now is horrible!! It was so cold in there that i had to go out to my car while they worked on setting up my phone for me! Get them some heat! Or even a space heater something to get those amazong ladies some warmth. I know if i was working there i would not be able to type anything because my fingers would be half froze!!! Please fix this issue soon! But again the ladies eorking there are amazing and sweet and deserve better! Come on cricket care about your employees AND your customers!!!!

  Unprofessional staff. Didn't know how to activate my "UNLOCKED" GS7 Edge. Lost my original sim card that I came into the store with and offered no remedy.
