I paid for extra protection for my phone which consisted of free screen protector replacement. Having to wait in line for 20 minutes and then people with appointments get to go ahead of you then having to wait longer until the other customers were served was quite time-consuming considering all I needed was I protector for my screen replaced. Couldn't wait any longer had to do it myself. Even though I paid for it to be done for free. It seems like there could be more employees in the geek squad section instead of just one employee helping all of the customers.

I returned my IPad for repair. It was lost for 30 days. I’m not sure it was Best Buy’s fault. But next time I will Drive to The Apple Store in Birmingham.

Bought an LG wash tower but needed dryer vented to the left. Was told it was no problem so I ordered the kit to have ready as I was instructed. Delivery man today said they are not allowed to install vent kits. Another contractor is coming tomorrow to install but isn’t paid enough to finish the FREE installation of the wash tower. What a fiasco and trying to reach the store is impossible. This will be my last purchase at Best Buy!
