So I came to pay my bill after working a 10 hour shift all I needed to do was pay my bill. Instead of helping me while other customers were waiting for their phone to reboot or download. They made me wait. While they tended to them for 2 hours when it honestly would have taken all of 5 minutes to pay my bill….😤

He is always responded in a timely manner always willing to help last week. We got two new phones and I was having issues with my new iPhone 16.
