  This is the closest store to me, I’ve had billing issues with Verizon before so I refuse to pay online or give them my bank card info. So I came to pay my bill after working a 10 hour shift all I needed to do was pay my bill. Instead of helping me while other customers were waiting for their phone to reboot or download. They made me wait. While they tended to them for 2 hours when it honestly would have taken all of 5 minutes to pay my bill….😤

  I would like to give a shout out to Joey at this Verizon store. I met Joey when I first transferred from AT&T to Verizon Joey started handling our business account. He is always responded in a timely manner always willing to help last week. We got two new phones and I was having issues with my new iPhone 16. I reached out to Joey on a Saturday morning at 6:40 AM. This man got back to me in less than 20 minutes. Had my problem resolved. And us back up and going, I cannot say enough, the level of customer service That Joey Provides he really does go above and beyond .if you are a small business I encourage you to reach out to Joey And let him be your point of contact for your business needs through Verizon
