She allowed me to borrow one of her extra phones while my phone was being worked on so I didn't have to go without on my mail route for the day. I've also received customer service from 2 additional ladies who were both very kind.

I was using a phone that used Verizon cell towers and I could not get a good enough signal in my yard to place a call although it worked fine on Highway 75. I decided to try a phone that used AT&T cell towers. I bought my phone from Cricket Wireless about a month-and-a-half ago. With my old phone I could not make a call even with two bars. The new phone from Cricket Wireless was able to make a call even with one bar from inside my house. I believe the difference is because AT&T uses GSM technology and Verizon uses CDMA technology. I'm very pleased with a phone with the service and with a customer service from the people at Cricket Wireless. I would recommend the service to anyone as long as you have good coverage in your area. The coverage maps for AT&T appear to be as good as Verizon in the areas I live.
