I have not always had the best experience with Verizon stores, but I have been to this store on Cobbs Ford in Prattville twice this week, working on resolving issues with my damaged phone. The first time I met with Chris, the second with Michael. They were both extremely patient with my situation and lack of tech-savvy, offered good advice, honesty, and helped explain details of our account, etc. While waiting for service, I was also very impressed with Michael's thoughtfulness and care helping an older gentleman in front of me, making sure he was able to navigate his phone for his purposes. If I had gone to them first last time I had to replace my phone, I would probably not be having the issues I am having.
