    My wife and I have been Verizon customers going on 8 years, and have the most expensive phone plan they offer. We went in to our local cellular sales September 27, to trade in our phones because we got the notification we were eligible for an upgrade. The phone I wanted was out of stock in store, the representative told me it was on back order and would be about 2-3 weeks before it came in. I said that was fine, we got her new phone and went home. A month passed by with no update so I called and they told me the order had been cancelled, I did not cancel it. I went back in the store to place the order again and was told they couldn’t reorder it because it was still on hold. Fast forward to November 28, over two months later, I had been calling or going to the store once a week to get an update because they never reached out to me. On November 28 I called again and they said my phone wasn’t in yet, but they had one in stock. They told me to come in on November 30. We go back to the store once the 30th and after waiting for over an hour we’re told they sold the phone the day before. I asked why they sold it after telling me to come in and they said they couldn’t hold it since it wasn’t the one I ordered. The representative said he would call for an update from corporate and let me know. I never heard back from him. On December 8, I went in the store and cancelled my initial order because the store said it was probably lost in transit. I asked if they would call me when it came in because they told me on December 8, it would be in within two business days. I call back today, December 15, because I still have not heard from them and have been on hold for approximately 25 minutes and still counting while they “check to see if the phone came in.” I have tried to be patient but this is ridiculous. We have 3 lines and pay over $300 a month, we have never been late and they have not apologized or tried to help at all during this extreme inconvenience.

    Mercy is absolutely fantastic she is the best Verizon representative I have ever dealt with. Very sweet and kind and goes above and beyond to help customers. I am loving my new iPhone 17 great staff
