This location is awful. They tell customers they cannot take bill payments when that is a blatant lie. I have 2 friends that are store managers at other Verizon locations that are NOT Victras and have been in store visiting each of them only to witness multiple customers come in from the 2 nearby Victra stores upset that they were turned away when they went to pay their bill. Even heard a few say they were turned away when requesting assistance understanding something before an upgrade. Someone needs to make them follow policy

Horrible service! Bought a iPhone watch. They could not set it up because I could not remember my password. They had me bring it home and told to go back next day n they would set it up. That didn’t work either. I ask them to refund my money. They said there was a 50 dollar restock fee. I stated that I had never used it and did not feel that it was a purchase since it was nit usable. The fifty dollars ended up being 80 dollars as they kept the sales tax also.
I was terrible upset and may have been using a few choice words by this time. I was accused of cussing the girl that was trying to help me. I told her I may have cussed but I didn’t cuss her. She then had ever sales person in the store around me like I was about to attack her.
I will be leaving Verizon as soon as I can. Find another suitable carrier.
Also, since this many of my apps have been turned off and I’m unable to sign back I as all my passwords do not work !!
Yes, I’m suggesting they did something to my phone!! Bb

I stopped in today due to an issue I had with Samsung Pay on my watch.
I received assistance from Jerrod.
He was amazing!
He was kind, courteous, and a great listener!
I explained to him the trouble I was having.
He proceeded with troubleshooting.
I appreciate his willingness to assist and the knowledge he had about the issue.
Jerrod went above and beyond!
