Their sales rep Jacob Isabell was so, so helpful and maintained his professional demeanor and his sense of humor while he worked for well over an hour with their business corporate people. It was a complex problem and he had to stay on the line while corporate elevator music played on and on but he never showed any irritation at the delays that he encountered. Verizon is fortunate to have him as an employee and he deserves recognition for providing exemplary customer service. He has the patience of Job! If you go in that store with a problem and Jacob works with you, you will leave happy!
