- JMJennifer McCainOct 19, 20251.0I have been a loyal , paying customer with this company for over 2 years and I MUST say that this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am currently trying to visit the store to upgrade my phone and looking into getting a smartwatch added to my plan.. the hours of operation are posted not only online but also posted on the FRONT DOOR of the business itself as 12pm-5pm. I do not appreciate this AT ALL! Furthermore, I will be reaching out to corporate to express my negative experience, anger, and dissatisfaction today. I needed the upgrade and watch today and had about $1,000 that I was glad to sprebd with you all. So, it wasn't JUST revenue that was lost on U, today... it was an outstanding customer account in the future, as I will NOW be forced to change carries to have a what I needed today. Feel free to reach out if that matters to you, at all, as a growing company.
