This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company — period.
My wife ordered multiple phones and one tablet on 12/29/25, with a guaranteed delivery date of 1/9/26. The phones eventually arrived, even though they were on backorder. The tablet never did.
She contacted Verizon, and they re‑issued the order on 1/9/26 for pickup at the Ozark store. The order sat in “pending,” so she called customer service again. The representative confirmed the tablet was in stock and told us we could pick it up at 2:30 PM on 1/12/26.
So we loaded up our baby and drove 45 minutes to the Ozark store — expecting a simple pickup. Instead, we walked straight into chaos.
The two women working there flat‑out refused to give her the tablet, even after Verizon confirmed it was ready. They even marked it as “picked up” in the system and STILL refused to hand it over. Hours of phone calls, excuses, and zero effort from the store to fix anything. Just attitude, stonewalling, and complete incompetence.
By the time we had to leave, it was 6:30 PM. I was two hours late for work, our baby was upset, and we still didn’t have the tablet. Now we have to drive another 45 minutes — this time to Dothan — to pick up the same device tomorrow. And on top of all that, there are extra charges on our account because of their mistakes.
This store is an embarrassment to the Verizon name. I genuinely hope corporate steps in, because no customer should ever be treated the way we was today

Dustin was very helpful I’m from Illinois and he got me into a new iPhone X no complaints I will be back in the future if I need anything.
