  My wife and I moved to Ozark, Alabama in 2022 from Pensacola, Florida after retiring from our jobs. We have had Cricket for eight years or so and we were always extremely pleased with the service and customer service too. The price I am paying is the price I began with way back then and has never changed. After moving here we were having connection issues data wise and not getting service hardly anywhere. One day I went to the grocery store and out of the corner of my eye I saw the Cricket logo. I quickly made an about face and we went into the store to tell the young ladies our dilemma. Well since we were the only ones there at the time, they each took our phone, looked up our account and verified us. Then proceeded to dig into it. Within minutes both were finished and said it will be fine now. Well, they were right. We have now been here a couple of years and we have never ever experienced another data related problem. I call that "GOOD Knowledgeable Service. Thank you kiddo's!
