    They tell you one price in the store, and your bill (2 bills later) the bill was $447.00 for "activation charges". I agree with the other reviews that MIA is very unpleasant to work with as well as unhelpful. She says also that since it is "past their 30 day return policy, if I can't return the phones". The 30 day return policy ends before you get the bill that is over three times larger than than what you were told in the store. Save yourself the stress and just call Verizon, they are much better than dealing with these salesmen and saleswomen.

    The service I received here was horrible. The lack of customer service skills, the agents want to argue with you and then proceed to tell you go else where. Wow Verizon thanks for care of loyalty. I certainly did walk out without any help.

    These people are not in the least bit concerned about customer service, only pushing sales. I asked them when did Verizon get so bad at customer service, they told me that they are for new accounts and they did not believe verizon was bad at customer service, I said that I'd spent hours and hours on the phone with no resolution to my issue so it was time for an in person visit to a store and the manager said that they don't do that. I'll be switching to another service very soon after over 16 years with Verizon.

    I wanted to shout out Rodney!!! He completely turned my experience at the Verizon store around today! When I initially went in I was helped by a lady who basically told me I just needed to do my trade in on my Verizon app. I asked about my options and she told me I could just read the offers on my app.. I walked out lost and frustrated. After trying to figure it out on my own in the parking lot, I realized I really needed help. I walked back in & that’s when I met Rodney! I told him I needed to upgrade my phone & wanted to learn about my options & offers. Rodney took the time to review my plan with me, explained all the available offers, & made sure I understood the best options for my needs. He was incredibly thorough & even asked about my subscriptions & finding ways to actually save me money. Because of him I left with the phone I wanted AND a cheaper monthly bill!! I’m so grateful & thankful for Rodney! Verizon you got a real gem!!

    I want to complain about MIA, she was so rude I was being helped by another person she pulled her away to help someone that just walked in then was rude to me not helping or answering my questions about my new corporate account phones. I had to leave to try and figure it out setting up my new 3 lines and even rude about the phones cases with Verizons quest for excellence employee s like her do not represent Verizon for quality service.
