I’ve had a few different experiences that have been good, but my most recent experience with Brandon has been nothing short of exceptional. He is THE most helpful, caring person I’ve seen in retail in a long time. He truly takes his time to help, and makes you feel like you’re a priority. He doesn’t get frustrated, he’s patient, and really goes above and beyond to be helpful. If we had more Brandon’s in customer service the world would be a better place. He is a true gem, and is an amazing representative of Verizon. Wow! Wow! Wow!
