That is NOT what I had asked for!! There is a difference between changing my number vs adding a new line!! Not only did you change me $40.00 to change my number and a new line that cost me another $90.00 a month!! The actual cost to change your number is only $15.00!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Customers be very wary of this store!!
