Called the store in advance and no one we spoke to mentioned that we had to make a reservation. (Is it fine dining or computer repair?)
We went into the store and the staff comes of as snobbish, the guy working the geek squad counter was condescending and rude. Who wants to spend 20 minutes checking in your item?
Went to a locally owned computer repair shop. Staff was helpful. Dropped our laptop off to be repaired in under five minutes. They're going to call when it's done.
No reservations needed.
