- CPCaleb PAug 11, 20251.0Had my laptop looked at, it had a bad ssd and operation system corruption. They told me it had a faulty motherboard. Took it home reinstalled windows with a new ssd and was playing games on it that same night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!! From my interaction with them they 100% prey on people who don’t understand their own devices.

We went into the store and the staff comes of as snobbish, the guy working the geek squad counter was condescending and rude. Who wants to spend 20 minutes checking in your item? Went to a locally owned computer repair shop. Staff was helpful. Dropped our laptop off to be repaired in under five minutes. They're going to call when it's done. No reservations needed.
