I purchased a printer on-line at Best Buy in Auburn with the advertising saying it would be ready for pickup in one hour. I arrived an hour later, still without notification it was ready for pickup up. Their solution was hang around a bit to see if it was ready. After another 20 minutes and no printer, I found one on the shelf, cancelled the online order and paid for the exact same printer and left. Pretty poor customer service.

I needed to get some damaged AirPods replaced through Apple care+ and this was the closest location vs Atlanta. I called Best Buy customer support to schedule an appointment and was told to go in store as they couldn’t book over the phone. However, they did have the replacements in store. go in store at 10:45 and told the first guy the issue and what I needed and he then schedules the allotment for 3:40 that afternoon. I go back for my scheduled appointment in which I explained to the next geek squad guy the same issue. He checks me in and does a diagnostic on the AirPods and sets everything up for replacement. I pay as expected and he hands me the receipt and says have a good day. I’m then shocked because I was anticipating leaving with the issue resolved. He then explains after the fact that they have to be sent off to Apple and they mail a replacement. I then told him that was a waste of both of our time as this could have been explained not once but three times. It was a missed opportunity to explain the process since they don’t just offer replacements for purchases made in the Apple Store. Just Best Buy being a middle man in this case. In the time I waited I could have gone to Atlanta and back instead of waiting for an appointment to have them shipped off and mailed back in 3 days. This was such an inconvenience. Even the geek squad guy said he should have taken the opportunity to explain. Smh

JaQuerius was the best at assisting me with buying a new laptop! His level of kindness, patience, and professionalism was over the top! Note that Best Buy’s surveys are a hit or miss with being able to take them after a purchase. I had to make it my mission to leave JQ (JaQuerius) a review! He is awesome!

I just had the most incredible experience at the store, I bought a TV and it was tricky getting it into my car and this guy helped me intensely. Thank you, Best Buy.
