So when I need to replace the phone, the sales person needs to contact my employer. I usually try a Verizon location closest to my house, but employees always claim its "impossible" and cannot be done with out my employer physically present. Meanwhile, I go into this location and I'm out in minutes with a new phone. THIS IS MY 4TH PHONE TO GO THRU THIS BS!! While I do appreciate this location, and especially the salesperson Ginger, I am disappointed in Verizon's training consistency. Do better Verizon!
