Apparently everyone in the store lacks the basic customer service skills to acknowledge someone’s presence and let them know someone will be with them soon. I am actually surprised this store has not had many incidents with the way they are triggering people.

She explained everything to each of us and helped make the process so easy. And she was so sweet and friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable! And I’ve contacted her a couple of times since then and she went above and beyond both times! I recommend her very highly!! Always ask for Toneaya!!
