- CJChris JenningsDec 29, 20251.0Avoid at all costs. First thing when I walked in I stood for about 20 minutes before being greeted. The person doing check-ins was sitting in the back on her phone. When she finally called me back, she asked what the problem was and didn’t listen and just took my number and said you’re in line. Almost an hour later, a supervisor was walking around and it turns out I wasn’t on the list at all. I got out on and had to wait another 30 minutes for someone. I explain my issue that my upgrade never arrived in the mail and the they charged my account $1500 for my old phone. All they did was connect me with a customer service number and the guy just went to the next person. I’m currently on hold with customer service and have been on the phone with them for 50 minutes. Once this is resolved I am going to terminate my contract and move to a different provider.

I am now in collections and can’t use the products I pay for. Contacting support offers no help, they just trying to sell you more products. I loathe this place. I can’t describe how incompetent and absolutely worthless the entire company is.
