A Sunday morning emergency turned into a 4 day hospital stay and gave us quite the scare. I am incredibly grateful to Carriage Hills for being the only 24-hour veterinary hospital in our area. Waiting until our regular vet opened the next morning was simply not an option for Sanguine. Thank y’all for keeping our man going!!

It is a 2 hr one-way commute for us but we do not mind because of the excellent medical care our pets and rescues receive. Intake was very quick, and both times the receptionists and staff as well as vets were very kind and thorough.

While I understand that veterinary care is a business, the focus here seemed to be more on profit than on genuinely helping our pet. We brought our 13-year-old dog, who was clearly in very poor condition, and were quoted $1,300 just to determine what was wrong — when it was apparent he didn’t have much time left. We went to another veterinarian the next day, where we had to make the difficult decision to put him to rest. Very disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We ended up paying $400 taking him home and went to another Vet the following day. He left in worse shape than he came and had a rough night. The vet the next day suggested we put him to sleep. It felt like a money grab. Horrible experience will never come back. The vet wasn’t very nice or welcoming.
