The young lady on duty, it happened to be the only employee I saw when I arrived, was very helpful and polite on the phone and explained every detail I needed to know regarding my question. Upon arriving at the store, she was just as friendly and engaged in person as she was over the phone, knew exactly who I was when I stated I had recently called regarding a hotspot and in no time at all got me set up with the device that I needed and ultimately I bought a few more accessories from the store just because she was so helpful and friendly. This associate provided a textbook example (in my opinion) of an amazing customer experience!
