What I saw was a manager arguing & insulting a customer who was trying to get help with his prior purchase. This happened at the entrance. It made everyone uncomfortable as she was loud, rude and threw the customer's receipt on the floor. She even insulted the customer as he walked out the doorñ I'll be shopping in Auburn from now on.

I have a long history of sorting out issues with them, and they are always quick, helpful, and the workers have the ability to start fun conversations. Not sure if Brittany is still the manager there, but she is AMAZING. She pulled some higher up strings to get me my money back on a complicated refund, and she is training some same stellar employees.
