This location is the absolute worst example of how a company should run their business. The management has changed recently from corporate to indirect through Victra. They are providing terrible service and charging excessive amounts for accessories and fees. They even charge to process bill payments in cash. Verizon should shut it down.

Rob was extremely rude and impatient over the phone over a misunderstanding. Eventually hung up on me after stating, “JUST BRING THE PHONE IN THEN.” I usually try to avoid calling customer service for help but ironically, Jim had zero issues helping me. Jim was also knowledgeable and informative and had me taken care of in two minutes.
