I have never been so disrespected in my life they treated me and my husband like trash they were throwing away hes been using them for years and for the last 6 months weve been getting the run around while they are taking money they shouldnt from our acct we go to the store and get treated like straight trash we will no longer be dealing with them

Went to this location because our phones would not activate. As we walked in the door and told the greeter what we needed he said “we can activate but can’t transfer data”. When the representative got to us he told us because they didn’t sell the phones to us they couldn’t do anything. The rep Basically dialed the Verizon Service number for us and sent us on. Ended up going to a different location that had no problem activating our new phones. I was very disappointed as we were told to go to a corporate store, since they could help. And instead we were made to feel like we were on the way.

Not friendly and this is now twice where my bill is different than what they promised. When you go back in they claim ignorance and shrug their shoulders.

I have been to this location a few times and asked for Trey each time. He always has a smile on his face and eager to help with any issues. He is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing cell phone service.

Not a friendly store, employees look irritated by just you walking in the door, very dismissive. They don’t even greet you. They just look at you. I’ll try the store by the belt line. The energy of the store is so gloomy i didn’t even want to get the service I came in for.
