I am not local, and I needed someone to assist her when her phone broke. I needed to make sure she wasn’t charged anything and all charges went through me. They got her up and running, phone synced within an hour and were so helpful and courteous. What was a stressful situation for me, being out of state, was coordinated seamlessly by Verizon staff at this store!

How you can’t help a customer over the phone like let’s be forever. Never have I ever heard you can’t look up a customers phone number . If you and your employees ( Imani) didn’t want to work or serves today u should’ve stayed home.
