Extremely helpful and customer friendly. They go above and beyond what's required. They helped me with my Samsung Galaxy S7 FE tablet. Even though they were unable to fix the issue they made an appointment for me with the Samsung specialist who comes to Geek Squad but is employed by Samsung, he is referred to as "Samsung Jon" lol and answers to it. He went to the back for under 30 minutes and fixed the problem no charge!!
5 stars to all of the guys up there. We need more workers like the staff at the Tingle Dr Best Buy in Mobile, Alabama they rock!

Stand on hold so long I went to Walmart and installed my system myself
