    I had the worst experience today. I woke up with the intention of getting the rog Xbox ally x. So I did go and the time was 10:31 when I bought the system. Drove to the store and back with my package spent an hour of my time, gas to get this product. Didn’t receive the product that came with the system. Spent a total of 2 hours talking to customer service to try and send me a code for the product I didn’t receive. They told me to go back to the store I finally decided to go back to the store after speaking with 6 different so called support specialists. I finally get back to the store only for them to not be able to help me and now saying I should have called Microsoft to fix the issue. At this point I am severely frustrated and over spending my whole day trying to get what I paid for. I also took a hit on my credit report signing up for the credit card and spend 50$ of my own money driving to and from the store twice. You would think and electronic store who boasts the best service for anything electronic they sell would be able to help me. But no, so I left the store, 50 short on gas, at 5:45 pm and wasted 8 hours of my life, and a hit on my credit account for something I eventually returned because something as simple as getting me a code for game pass 4 four months could have been easily obtained or a gift card for my troubles to make up for the discrepancy in wasting my time, money, and hit on my credit report. Thanks again for wasting my time.!

    We visited Best Buy to purchase a refrigerator, and Bruce assisted us throughout the process. After a previous bad experience with a refrigerator we had purchased from Lowe’s, I explained our concerns and emphasized that we wanted to avoid another appliance that would give us problems. Bruce took the time to walk us through several refrigerator options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. He was extremely professional, patient, and attentive, and made sure to address all of our questions and concerns. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our purchase and left as satisfied customers. Bruce is an amazing employee at Best Buy in Mobile, Alabama.

    I took two laptops in today that I needed fixed. After associates in geek squad walking around like they are lost. A guy walks up and says what’s going g on? I tell him he walks off. A lady sits down way after me. An associate comes up takes that lady over to a chair. I was totally skipped. After sitting there for 40 minutes I left. Very poor customer service. Also a poor system they got going on there. I’ll find some other computer shop. 😵‍💫
