I went to the front door and was told by management that someone was coming, but when I approached, the person walked away. I then asked to speak with a manager, but my concerns were dismissed and I was told that “anyone can check you out.” The associate who assisted me had an unprofessional attitude, and no apology was offered for the delay or inconvenience. Overall, the level of customer service did not meet expectations.
