When the person answered they didn’t say what store it was or even that it was a Verizon store. So I asked. Dude asked what I was trying to accomplish, said trading on my new iPhone 16 Pro for new Pixel 9. It felt like he was trying to talk me out of it, like is my phone paid off. Weird, then he can’t even make the appointment I have to go log into Verizon and make it there. Not fun. I’m going back to the University store and hope to have better luck.
