I guess it was all an act. :( Some people really just trying to get paid and don't care about anything else. Previous: I LOVE TIA!!! She made the process of transferring from TMobile so easy because she is so knowledgeable. It wasn't stressful at all and was super fast. She's also very sweet. She also have us a great promotion! 😍

After some research and talking with a customer service representative on the phone, it is possible as long as you are an authorized user. I am not sure if the sales person just didn't want to help me because i wasn't creating a new account but i am so upset. NOT ONLY THIS BUT.... i have been trying to do the transfer of service over the phone since 1/4..... After not being told to continue my application online and that all we needed to do was a transfer of service... i had to call and cancel the order that was placed and RESTART THE PROCESS OVER AGAIN. NOT ONLY THAT, after everything was settled, they are going to charge me for TWO MONTHS BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS SINCE 1/4. THE INTIAL REQUEST FOR THE TRANSFER WAS CANCELLED. I AM BEYOND UPSET AND ANNOYED THAT IT TOOK ME OVER A WEEK JUST TO GET THIS COMPLETED AND UPGRADE MY PHONE...... I FEEL SCAMMED. I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST WANTED ME TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND MISINFORMED ME ON PURPOSE.
