I walked into this store and was told that verizon does not do transfer of service in store and i have to call the number. This was a total lie. After some research and talking with a customer service representative on the phone, it is possible as long as you are an authorized user. I am not sure if the sales person just didn't want to help me because i wasn't creating a new account but i am so upset. NOT ONLY THIS BUT.... i have been trying to do the transfer of service over the phone since 1/4..... After not being told to continue my application online and that all we needed to do was a transfer of service... i had to call and cancel the order that was placed and RESTART THE PROCESS OVER AGAIN. NOT ONLY THAT, after everything was settled, they are going to charge me for TWO MONTHS BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS SINCE 1/4. THE INTIAL REQUEST FOR THE TRANSFER WAS CANCELLED. I AM BEYOND UPSET AND ANNOYED THAT IT TOOK ME OVER A WEEK JUST TO GET THIS COMPLETED AND UPGRADE MY PHONE...... I FEEL SCAMMED. I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST WANTED ME TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND MISINFORMED ME ON PURPOSE.

The people at this store are great, but I can't say the same for Verizon as a company. I was with them for 17 years and the rates continued to go up and up. I finally went with another company and saving $50 per month

We went to the new Verizon at the Madison Clift Farms location today. It was during our lunch break. We checked in and was told 3 people are ahead of us. They had 4-6 employees so we thought maybe 20 mins. After 5 people, we got a message saying we are next. We had already been there close to an hr. and couldn't wait another 30 mins. If we'd been told up front it would be a long wait I wouldn't have waisted our lunch break waiting. 🙄

My phone won’t go out of sos mode and the Verizon ai bot plays gatekeeper and will very seldom connect you to someone who can really assist. I needed to go to a Verizon store except I have no connection and couldn’t look up where one was at and wondered how I got around in the days before a smart phone personal guide. I took a chance driving through Clift farms as I thought any smart brick and mortar business would view this area as prime real estate and figured Verizon would’ve jumped on that ship. As I’m giving up and headed home, Verizon has painted on the back of their business the Verizon name in huge letters. Very smart! Very strategic, thank you Verizon for doing that! I walked in and was immediately helped. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped me resolve my issue but he was professional, efficient, friendly and had my phone out of sos mode in no time. I stay in a love/hate relationship with Verizon but have stayed because the customer service, excluding the gate keeping ai bot, is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this location as it’s convenient to get in and out of and you really can’t miss it and my experience with the agent who helped me was top notch.
