He’s extremely professional, personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The issue that I experienced with my phone was the “SOS” error in the top right corner (the antenna went out) and Darrin was quick to tell me about the trade in special that Verizon was offering with the $1200 credit. I traded in my iPhone 12 and got an iPhone 16 Max Pro in addition there was also a deal on Apple Watches :) which is just what I needed to keep up with my calories burned during workouts. Darrin amazing and I’m glad Verizon has such great deals in my time of need.
