I recently went in to finance a new phone, and Bones did everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted. I wasn’t able to finance (bankruptcy 2 years ago, I know 😒), but he still did everything in his power to make sure I left satisfied, and even though I still left with my dilapidated IPhone 13, I was highly satisfied with his professionalism, kindness, and superb customer service! I highly recommend the Leeds location, and if you chose to go there, make sure Bones is the one who services you! You will leave with a new friend, that’s for sure!!!

I had some issues online and went to see her @ Leeds location and she went above and beyond to make sure when I left the store that I was satisfied. She is so nice and wasn’t frustrated with me and it was near her closing time. She made sure I was satisfied and good to go before I left her store.
