Rude is a very kind word for the women I talked with , which was just for a minute . I will never go back into that store again and will let everyone know what I experienced!! It’s definitely worth take your business elsewhere just because of her attitude!! Not sure she give me her real name and refuse to give me her last name . I wish I had ask for a business card! I will be calling Verizon and making a complaint !!
