I called customer service and they say, "nothing is wrong on their end". I hate to disagree but Cricket used to be great but now it's not worth two cents.

She told me they don’t repair phones there but she was able to go to settings and put a dot on the screen that I can use to open the phone and go to apps. She is always very helpful.
