  If ci.puter system worked correctly instead of giving me repeated trouble with updating my I fo for o er 10 years I would have given it a 5 star. I had almost gave it a 1 star, but the people here & on the phone were patient with me. They were 5 star. My order was given almost 12 hours to be ready & their computer still stopped it!! I had to wait almost an hour on it and was not told until 5 min away by a bot!! The store is 20 miles from my home one-way!!! So I wouldn't with an hour for it. I even had my credit card company when I charged it & they said it went thru ok to find the Best Buy system had my info mixed up again for a purchase! I am frustrated and angry waiting for this!!!

  Drove 45 minutes because the website showed the item in stock. When we arrived it was locked in a case. Two floor associates couldn’t help and made no effort to get someone who could open it. We finally found the manager, Chris. He was rude from the start, checked his handheld device, and told us they were out of stock without even opening the case to verify. As of the next day, the website still shows the item as in stock.

  Waited 25 minutes to buy a new MacBook Air, asked twice for help twice and just got told to stand by the Microsoft desk and wait as I watched numerous employees walk around, chat and hold court. Very disappointed!

  This is the only best buy that I know of that is still open and it's literally hanging on by a thread the last two times I have been in this store the inventory was very low and the store itself just looked randown the floors were dirty, shelves were empty. I'm surprised that it is still open and something else hasn't taken the retail space.

  The dude that helped us was great. He was over run. Everyone else in the store was pulling him 8 directions while he was trying to find my 2 cables. He found them. Dude is great. His managers need to find some folks or schedule better.
