    The store and employees are helpful and nice,but I hate the fact that you can't call and talk to a person in your local store. I live about an hour away and I know that online it says if they have products in stock,but sometimes that is wrong. So the best thing to do is call and make sure before you waste time and gas. So I call to have someone physically look and see if they still have that product in store (online it said 1 available),but I get someone who isn't even in the United States! She understood my concern, but still had no options for me to speak to a person in the store! Ridiculous

    This location gets a solid "2", and the sales associate Christen get a solid "5". Ordered an iPad open box item online, and waited overnight for what was supposed to be an hour pickup, while app status said "preparing". Went into store in AM first thing, and young clerk said first, "sorry, your order's not ready, Next!" (no one else was in line). I asked that he please check why, that the order had been placed almost 24 hours prior. He did check, and said, "ok, the total of the order is too large, it hasn't gone through yet, there's a hold on it, you'll have to come back in a few days". I asked whether that was a bank hold or a Best Buy hold and he said "both". His manager stopped by, said I should have received a "please approve purchase" email. Showed them both the inbox, spam, blocked list, etc. on my phone where only 2 items from Best Buy, one an order summary, the other from setting up the app. I asked the manager to regenerate and send the approval email again if that was the only hitch. He did, and said it would take "awhile" and that we should come back in a bit. Stepped outside to call the bank, no holds there. no issues, no transactions attempted from Best Buy. Never got another Best Buy email. Nothing. Came back to the counter after 20 minutes, the young clerk had gone on break. Another sales associate, 5-star Christen, handled the issue from there. She looked at screen and said, according to this it has been verified, but it is not releasing the order. She got on the line and called someone and told us to come back in about 30 minutes total. During that time, I got multiple updates on my order through text, including that it was ready for pickup. Total wasted time about 3 hours in what should have been an easy transaction and drive by pickup. Another excellent clerk in training assisted Cristen as well. Just buyer beware of the online system, and hope you don't get that first clerk. First clerk, just admit when you don't know something and don't make stuff up please.

    I Highly recommend Best Buy, in Huntsville, Alabama. Christmas Eve, and they were extremely busy. However, they took the time to help anyone who needed or asked. I was there for a Laptop, and it showed out of stock, but Caleb, the Best Buy electronics specialist, took the time to go a search for 1, that he knew was somewhere. I had waited a few minutes as 3 other customers were first cared for, and who were in line in front of me. Behind me were 5 or more people waiting, and each were taken care of as fast as the employees could go. They kept smiles on their faces and were very polite. I’m sure, very exhausted as well. Because I first was there earlier in the day, and they were packed, and it was the same Faces working, at 6:00 pm. Don’t hesitate to shop at Best Buy. They will answer all questions, and help you find what you need. They have handicap parking, and entrance. Plus, handicap restrooms. Their restrooms were very clean, and easy to find, in the back of the store. Thank you Caleb, and Bravo Best Buy!

    Ordered a monitor on 12/19 that was guaranteed to be available to pickup in store on 12/24. I live over an hour away and was already halfway there when I got an email from Best Buy at 6:05p saying that my order was delayed and wouldn’t be available until after Christmas, as if the item I was picking up wasn’t a Christmas gift. And the store was closing at 7p. Where else was I going to even start looking for another monitor that late on Christmas Eve?!? Beyond livid, I was still going to that store and finding out how they expected to make it right by me before I left. Anyways. HUGE shoutout to the Geek Squad guy and the guy in charge of the computer section (I didn’t get their names) for listening to my rant about being super mad and nodding along and then meticulously searching and scanning and looking to find a replacement that fit every spec we gave them to save my sanity and my (son’s) Christmas. Thank you for listening to me ranting even though it wasn’t your fault and thank you again for working so hard to fix the situation! I know I was a stressful last minute customer, I just hope the rest of their day was easier! 🫶🏻

    I purchased a TV through Best Buy using my Best Buy credit card, but the order was fulfilled and shipped by a third-party seller (Beach Camera), which was not clearly disclosed during the purchasing process. Best Buy provided an incorrect shipping address to the third-party seller. Although I notified Best Buy early that the address was wrong, no effective action was taken to intervene, escalate, or ensure the issue was corrected before delivery. The TV was ultimately delivered to the wrong address and signed for by a third party. After the delivery error occurred, neither Best Buy nor Beach Camera took responsibility for recovering the package or returning it to the warehouse, despite the transaction being processed through Best Buy’s platform. I spent weeks contacting both parties by phone and email without receiving a workable solution. As a result, I was forced to pay nearly $500 out of pocket to recover and reship the TV to my correct address myself. This situation was entirely avoidable and highlights a serious lack of coordination, accountability, and customer advocacy for marketplace purchases. I expect much better transparency and support from a retailer when purchases are made through its platform, especially for high-value items.
