After waiting about 15 minutes, the associate who was initially helping us left early. We were then assisted by Eric, who told us the data transfer would take over an hour and that the store closed promptly at 8:00 PM. Even after explaining that we still wanted to proceed and that the process should be fairly straightforward, we were made to feel rushed and unsupported. The only truly helpful associate we worked with was James. He genuinely cares about customers and doesn’t leave them stranded without Wi-Fi or forced to set up their own phone, which unfortunately happened multiple times with Eric. James went above and beyond to get everything completed for us — with just 15 minutes to spare before closing! James, you are amazing! Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You made what could have been a very frustrating experience a positive one.

As if you just disappeared. It’s the rudest damn thing I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here twice now and both times they do this. They need a damned greeter so their people can work. It’s not like they can’t afford it. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!
