I visited twice Nov 13th. My first visit was quite pleasant but I didnt have enough time so the young man made an appointment for me to return at 7:45 pm. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked for my name. I explained I had an appointment and gave my name & number. She asked if I was there for that number. I said, "No, I lost my phone." The greeter then replied, " but you have your phone". I then tried to explain I lost my IPhone and why I was there. She looked confused but went on to seat me. As I was walking, I was also in a Zoom meeting and said to myself, I need someone who can understand English as I followed the greeter. I sat maybe 10 minutes and then the manager, David came and introduced himself. I looked up from my meeting to give him attention and he said, "We are not going to be able to help you because you offended my culture." I, of course, was puzzled. I said "Excuse me?" He repeated himself. I left my zoom meeting to make sure I was hearing him. He went on to explain, another worker told him I said I needed someone who could speak English. My response was clear. First of all, I have been to the store twice today. I have a 7:45 pm appointment. I am not an IPhone user although I have an IPhone, I need help to find my lost phone, you as a manager are going on "hear say" and the worker doesn't know if I was speaking to someone in my meeting or myself, I need someone who is patient, understanding, and yes someone who understands English. I then asked for his supervisor and David said he doesn't have one. Well, I found that strange! Everyone has a supervisor or unless you are the owner or CEO. He then asks me to leave the store & come back another day. I proceeded to tell him I need to locate my phone bc tomorrow is my birthday & my children will FT and I am also working tomorrow. He then said he will call the police. I am at this point completely confused! HUMILIATED! My children, parents, siblings, and family have been Apple users for a very long time. Iphones, MacBooks, Airpods, etc! After being completely humiliated by a man who claims I offended his culture, I don't know why people continue to support Apple. An Asian man has the audacity to tell a woman that his culture was offended but its ok for him to be a racist. What the store mgr did was complete racism! He wouldn't find it offensive if someone walked in and said they needed someone who could speak Spanish. Other races get accommodated all of the time but this man had the nerve to not honor my time or my appointment to serve me because he heard "his culture " was offended. According to him, he did not get it from the lady who seated me, he got it from the other worker. Customer service should have been top priority but instead he made it personal. He made it more about himself and HIS feelings, & what purpose did it serve the young lady to stir the pot? They have no idea of the humiliation and embarrassment they caused me. I feel gutted with the feeling of why did I ever give in to that forbidden apple! When trying to understand why my appt wasn't being honored, David was disrespectful. He spoke to me as if I was a child. I asked the security guard to come over so she could explain to me why my appointment was not being honored. He said aggressively & repeatedly, "Don't talk to the security guard! Talk to me!" She didn't know and looked puzzled. When she realized David was calling the police she asked me to leave the store so that I would not be arrested.ARRESTED!!Can you believe this man was going to have me arrested for trying to get a clear understanding of why my appointment could not be honored?I was appalled! I stood outside the door and waited for the police to come. The officer that spoke to David said he was not going to press Trespassing charges. Again, I am confused. How can a person with an appt be trespassing? Why would he tell me I offended his culture but come back? It is mind boggling to be told that needing someone to speak English is offensive to a culture but needing someone to speak Spanish is acceptable.

My phone was serviced for a broken camera stabilizer, After the camera was fixed a new issue started happening. The phone would cut off after maybe 3 minutes of use. It was serviced again and the problem was never fixed. It’s now day 3 and they are saying the phone is fixed. Let’s hope the problem gets resolved!

Absolutely shocking. I showed up at the store to purchase the newest iPhone 17, and the attitude from the workers was A.P.P.A.L.L.I.N.G. I was told by a worker with shocking hair choice "You have level two GYATT and I would rizz." As an elder millennial, this was shocking. Never coming again. Xoxo

Sales rep was very pushy on apple care even after I told him no. He had a smart remark when I told him I did not need a case for my phone. Next time I will buy from Costco.

An employee at the Genius Bar told me my iphone 17 pro max turned off during a 5k with more than 6,000 people because of a “signal jammer”….. those are actually illegal and even if that was the case (hypothetically) it wouldn’t make a phone randomly turn off and not come back on. Super unhelpful and very disappointing.
