  I came in looking at chargers since I have an old iPhone that didn’t charge well and didn’t know what the issue was. Maya came over, asked if she could help and went and cleaned several years of lint out of my phone. It’s charging perfectly now! I also really enjoyed how she didn’t try to sell me on anything from a new charger to even a new phone. She genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t focused on pushing product, so thank you Maya, you made me feel very welcomed in the store!

  I am currently sitting in here right now. After being told to return after an hour to quickly drop off the phone for a phone battery repair, that I already signed for. I was just waiting to update my password. I have been sitting waiting for over a half hour and literally after signing in no one has acknowledged me or helped me in any way whatsoever. With the amount of staff in this room doing literally nothing at the very least maybe someone could acknowledge me. I am utterly disappointed in the service. Mind you this was having to wait 35 minutes at the previous appointment that I scheduled but still had to wait for. You would think geniuses could manage customer service and a store a bit better. But maybe I’m just hungry.

  Was told one thing over the phone, told a totally different story after driving 2 hours to this store… still had to send my phone off and got a “replacement” until the new one comes in IN A WEEK, then have to DRIVE BACK HERE to swap them….. and my insurance DOESNT cover the temporary replacement which is stupid so I HOPE nothing happens to this one until then. WHY so complicated. WHY, also the replacement doesn’t come with a case and it’s a 14 so I can’t even buy one because they don’t sell them so they’re basically setting you up to pay about $200 because they’re INCREDIBLY fragile MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. That’s if it’s damaged when you return it…. It’s LITERALLY made of glass. The lady at the store was nice was never told her name though and she was helping two other people besides me at the same time.. not a very personable experience.

  I recently visited this apple location for one of my business phones that had been cracked and was equipped with apple care one …… in the process of getting my phone fixed I was told two things….one my screen would be 29$…..two my phone had other damaged components and my phone could be replaced for 99$ ….between all these things I am now aware that the apple employee before moving on the conversation could have told me that I had a third party screen attached to my phone and they would not be able to do ether of those processes instead I was mislead into thinking my phone would get fixed for 29$ so I took the option an came back when he said it would be ready for me my new screen ready for me … upon arrival I was told that they noticed more damaged but when I received my device it wasn’t just a broken screen where I could use it like I arrived with.it was dismantled giving me no option but to pay 99$ so I took that option then three days later apple say we noticed. u have a third party screen and have to void your warranty and charge 329$ for the screen and 99$ for them to refurbish the phone !!! The manger at this store and customer service treated me horrible about the situation blamed me for having a third party screen when it’s sumthing they could’ve prevented and making me go thru the situation because on the diagnostic test they could see That and I was told that to my face while given my dismantled phone back as if I was the only one wrong in the situation with having the third party but as a Customer we don’t have contract to protect us we can have u sign we are suppose to trust you but with things like this how is 1 suppose honestly APPLE YOU HAVE MILLIONS MAYBE BILLIONS I HONESTLY AM DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED THIS IS ALLOWED !!!   Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Their process is a revolving door of inefficiency — you're handed off from one person to the next with no clear ownership, then completely forgotten for 30 minutes at a stretch. What should have been a 10-minute transaction turned into a three-hour ordeal. What made it worse: customers sitting at tables ready to spend money were told to just wait because they were "too busy" — yet foot traffic was maybe one or two people every 20 minutes. Busy by whose definition? Fix your process. Your customers' time has value too.
