  I dropped my laptop on 10-16 with the geek squad. I was 5 mins late due to a hostage situation happening down the street from their store. The girl was going to make me reschedule because I was 5 mins late, but accused me of being 10 mins late because I spent 5 mins waiting on her to come to the counter. (Absolutely ridiculous to start off with) and that’s how this whole experience has been. So after a month and multiple phone calls made TO ME saying how my laptop was going to be fixed and gave them the okay to do it even if it was about to cost me $600. This laptop is less than a year old and after a month the laptop was not fixed and I was given it back with more damage than how I left it. The manager already had walked away before I got the laptop back probably because he knew that probably wasn’t how I left it. I would stay far far away from this place because it’s HORRIBLE the people, the service, and if you could put 0 stars for a place this would be the place I would do that.

  My wife came but to turn in our laptop to get repaired and waited 30 minutes then when two employees showed up, they didn’t even offer to help until she got their attention only to be told you need an appointment. I got it you need an appointment but the rudeness at poor attitude wasn’t needed. Customer service was horrible.
