    Great customer service at this location. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The highlight last month, though, was the process to return a new tv that was damaged right out of the box. I was dreading an ordeal but Tim and Bobby made it smooth and quick. Their willingness to make it right is reason enough to continue shopping there.

    The Samsung Rep Tea/Mario gave me an excellent experience. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Very knowledgeable about the galaxy product. Communication was clear and timely.

    Manager would not honor the display price on an item. Before making the poor associate get in a latter to get the item down for me I asked him to verify that was the right price for that item, the employee said yes. When at checkout it ran out for almost 3x the amount and when asked to speak to a manager to honor the display pricing, he wouldn’t. He was very rude and said they wouldn’t honor it but I could buy it for the price it ran up at in a very demeaning manner, when I stated that in the state in Alabama the display price has to be honored he smiled and said, “no it doesn’t” When I asked if he can call corporate to find out if they’d honor it, he said no that they wouldn’t do anything and even if I called, nothing would be done. I truly hope this review gets to the right person and that “manager” gets some coaching on customer service because he obviously needs it.
