The girl just kept repeatedly telling me to call customer service. I have 3 times and they told me to come to the store. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this store to all. Very, very rude!!!!!

The guys who works there paid the remaining $3 to get my new sim card. That was very generous of him to do that. Now my phone works. Thanks for your much needed help! I'll be back at this location when it's time to upgrade my phone!
