  I had the best manger you could ask for . He went above and beyond to get me the best deal on everything . We even had an unusual circumstance that he handled flawlessly. If more managers were like him I would possibly get a phone more often than 5 years apart. He made me feel like my situation mattered and not just a name o. A list when you walk into some stores. This store isn't even his home store he has to travel from Florence all the way to Hartselle all the while he has the greatest attitude that I've been around in a long time definitely recommend Verizon in Hartselle Al . How that for a review Verizon "Now I can hear you "

  This location is not the same as in the past. I had stayed away from here for many years because of all of the negative interactions I had with the previous management. I ended up in this location again by chance because it was a last resort of getting my daughter’s phone to work. I had been to Madison and Decatur trying to get the brand NEW iPhone working. No one at either of those location or on tech support call could figure our issue out. A young lady named Alex in the Hartselle location went above and beyond anything the others had done. She treated us as her friends and did not give up until she found and fixed the issue with my daughter’s phone. I highly recommend this location now that it is under new management. I would not hesitate to go there again with anything that I need. Ask for Alex. She’s the best This location is not the same as in the past.   The young lady that worked today was exceptional! Went out of her way to help me get my mom's cell phone replaced. That being said ..Verizon customer service line is an absolute joke. Spent 3 weeks , 2 phones ordered then cancelled unbeknownst to me..phones just didn't show up.
