  This Company can't keep the Payment service app up & running so you have to go in the store and Pay and be charged 5$ also Auto Pay is mysteriously Out of Service too. This company sux !!! Not to mention Christy lying about waving the $5 fee and charging me anyways. I had to add that Christy lied to me again via telephone conversation on 9/19/25 . That makes 3 lies she has told Me as of today ( 9 / 22/ 25)

  We upgraded our phones and were told that it was hotspot compatible and payed the extra money to have the hotspots since we live in a location where its hard to get wifi. My hotspot didn't work so I called care services and they said our phones are not hot spot capable and the store gave us false information. They also added phone insurance to our plan without telling us even though our phones already have a warranty.
