I highly recommend he be recognized for his dedication to Verizon in solving multiple problems. Due to his caring, understanding and knowledge, we are still customers of Verizon. The issues we experienced in upgrading two phones were time consuming and stressful. In the middle of our visit the “Omni” system was not functioning, failing to attach DP codes. No one at the store or calling center where Gregory called multiple times over several hours of time knew of the problem with Omni. The call center, sales reps should have been immediately informed of Omni problem. If it had not been for Gregory’s sincerity and perseverance in trying to solve the problems we would be customers of T-mobile. Companies of your size need to recognize and reward employees who assume the level of responsibility and dedication shown by Gregory Chubb. Losing knowledgeable, experienced employees, training new employees is a tremendous cost to productivity. Be smart. Empower your front line.
