The app doesn’t recognize the PIN I set up TWO WEEKS AGO, so I’m forced to use their automated phone system like it’s 1998. I go through every single step, enter all the info, get to the payment… and it randomly hangs up on me. No error. No confirmation. Just gone. So I call back and now I’m told I can pay $10 extra just to speak to a human being. Charging customers to access basic customer service is absurd. Verizon clearly has no interest in helping anyone once they’ve taken your money. Do not sign up for Verizon unless you enjoy wasting your time, being locked out of your own account, and getting nickel-and-dimed for the privilege of fixing their broken systems. Zero customer service, zero accountability, and I fully expect a late fee next because of this nonsense. I’d have better luck paying my bill with carrier pigeons than dealing with Verizon

They explained everything well enough for me to comprehend. And normally I don't get that, things usually get left out and there's always extra fees that I end up having to deal with later. Derrek was very good at explaining everything and didn't leave out anything. Dalton was very helpful to explain the new phone to me because I was hesitant in getting a new phone when my old phone is in great condition after 5 years. I don't like to switch unless I have to. However they both were quick to answer questions and made me feel more comfortable switching. I feel better about it and am excited to play with my new phone. Thanks guys so much for your help and making the process easy and not stressful at all.
