He was on the phone. Fair enough. Then he gets off the phone and starts stocking the shelves, etc. Another lady is sitting at a desk not helping a customer and never offers to help. Terrible customer service. Also, in my Verizon app it said I could upgrade to an iPhone 17 for $0/month. In store they said $22/month. False advertising to get you in the door.
