I was honestly pretty frustrated by the time I walked into the Gardendale Verizon store. That changed as soon as I worked with Christopher Byars. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually listen and fix the problem. Christopher truly saved the day and turned the whole experience around. Highly recommend asking for him. I’ll definitely be back.

The sales people tell you one thing concerning your bill that you agree to but when you call customer service it’s different. Please do not go to Verizon wireless for service. They are never accurate and I have to call every month for them to adjust my bill from charges they added on. My bill varies every month. I WISH it was a service that I could go to that works in my area for me. I hate their customer service.
