- RCRicky ClemonsNov 5, 20255.0If I could, I would give 100 stars! Devon at the Gardendale location is truly the best! If you want it done right, PLEASE go see Devon. He always has a very positive attitude, he never rushes you and most importantly he makes sure you as the customer understands what’s going on no matter the situation. I’ve witnessed this young man multitask and serve multiple customers at one time, and he even fought tooth and nail to help a customer get an issue fixed on their account, all while I was just simply purchasing a new phone. I literally drive past multiple Cricket Wireless stores just for Devon, his level of knowledge and phenomenal customer service. Cricket Wireless, give this man a RAISE and keep him at all cost!
