  Derek and Dalton help us so much and were so patient with us! I never know my password and they worked with me to help recover so all of my things could be transferred to my new phone. They were knowledgeable of all our questions and so helpful we we had questions about going to Verison WiFi. They treated us like friends not just customers and even answered questions for my child ! Ask for them if you go to the Rainbow dr location! The best!!

  I went in for help with my phone to change my phone number back on Saturday January 17th. Representative was nice to me and recommended me calling customer service to get my old number back. I don't know the gentleman name. Thank you for your help and understanding.

  Will and Derek are the kindest guys know exactly what they are doing very good at it also Derek is Great at helping with math ixls while we waited on Will to finish our setup of our phones and ipads which took like no time at all knew exactly what he was doing they both deserve a raise for how good they can work with people and families!!

  Needed a new phone and home internet. Sat patiently in this store while the 2 salesmen were assisting other customers. I realize this process is tedious and we were ready to wait. As my husband and I sat, 2 other groups arrived. As one of the reps was transferring data between phones for his customer he got up, WALKED PAST US and proceeded to help one of the people who came in much after us. Now, realize for a moment that we were sitting NEXT TO HIS WORK STATION thus he was well aware when we arrived. Neither of the two young men working acknowledged the error nor did the incredibly rude woman who knew she had just come in and we were there already. Unbelievable. So frustrated we left.
