I realize this process is tedious and we were ready to wait. As my husband and I sat, 2 other groups arrived. As one of the reps was transferring data between phones for his customer he got up, WALKED PAST US and proceeded to help one of the people who came in much after us. Now, realize for a moment that we were sitting NEXT TO HIS WORK STATION thus he was well aware when we arrived. Neither of the two young men working acknowledged the error nor did the incredibly rude woman who knew she had just come in and we were there already. Unbelievable. So frustrated we left.
