Then act like it is my fault that the problem is mine. You get paid to help customers who or who's business account has problems. I had decent help in the spring on July 7th it was crummy. I had to use choice words to get my point across. I absolutely won't be a customer with a personal account. From the sales rep to most everyone else I encounter it seems not only can't anyone fix my issue, the careless attitudes are the 'quencher.'
