- JPjaxon PrattFeb 1, 20261.0I bought a whole new phone for it suck I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 64gbs and I bought a iPhone 17 and it’s SO BAD that I’ve had nothing but complaints aside from ONE THING which is the volume which can get decently high which doesn’t matter BECAUSE SPEAKERS EXIST FOR A REASON but the ping was SO BAD ON GAMES that I got my 11 BACK OUT AND STARTED PLAYING ON IT also the keyboard would randomly freeze on my favorite game making me have to type for double the time I normally would and for something with 512gbs to be this bad is genuinely embarrassing like at that point just give me a new 11 with better storage because this feels like a disgusting money grab

I read some of the negative comments I just can’t believe them because I always get great service here. I fill Verizon should increase there pay rates to make sure this ye stays in place. Jazmane you and the rest of the crew were very helpful in getting my issues resolved. 5 stars for sure.
