I originally came in on Saturday because I was having issues with my router, which provides internet for my food truck business. The associate gave me a new router, but it didn’t work either. When I returned today on Monday, I spent over two hours in the store trying to resolve the issue. The associate was unhelpful, unable to fix the problem, and appeared to be under the influence. When I asked to speak with the manager, instead of helping, he dismissed my concerns and told me to leave the store. The situation got worse — the store kept my router, preventing me from activating it or fixing it at another location. When I returned later to retrieve it, the staff refused to give it back and told me I had to wait for the manager. After waiting another hour with no response, I had no choice but to contact Verizon corporate to cancel the line and explain the situation so I wouldn’t be charged for a router that was still in the store’s possession. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at the address 2104 S McKenzie St Foley, AL
