    I went in there three times I drove from Gulf Shores to go there to get my screen fixed that I had the protective screen on the outside and it had cracked. I just needed a new screen protector went in there, not acknowledged by anybody in the three times that I walked in there no one said one word to me, sat there for over 20 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence and help me with my lousy little screen protector to be replaced. Nobody not once offered anything whatever you do do not go here go see Dr. iPad and iPhone in The Tanger outlet mall center in Foley

    We had a really great experience at Verizon thanks to Char. We were switching from T-Mobile back to Verizon, and she made the whole process way easier than we expected. She took the time to walk us through everything, answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed and made sure we actually understood our options. It never felt like we were being pushed into anything and it honestly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. She kept us laughing the whole time. Char went above and beyond and made what could’ve been a stressful switch totally smooth. We really appreciate everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend working with her if you get the chance! Thank you so much Char, for EVERYTHING!

    I went to Verizon on January 8th to have my old phone switched to my new phone. I was helped by Tim who was AMAZING! Great customer service and very professional. I had to return on January 9th to get help resolving an issue. I'm not sure the name of the woman who helped me but was probably the WORST customer service I have ever received anywhere. Employee was a bit condescending, leaving the impression of like "Are you really so stupid you couldn't figure this out?" But what really pissed me off is she left helping me to go out into the parking lot (or somewhere in that strip mall) and pick up her dinner. When she left me standing there she said she'd be right back. She comes back with her dinner, walks right past me to some room there in the back of the store. Acknowledges me like with a nod, and disappears and doesn't come back out. After 5=10 minutes another employee offered to go get her or whatever. He comes back out and said she had said she thought I was through needing help. I call BS on that one. When she went by me with her dinner she didn't ask me if I had any more questions etc. Ugh... It was stressful enough for me, an older person, to switch my phone over. Ugh... Again
