The person I spoke to in the store said it expired and they could not help me. When I checked my email later, 'Corporate Verizon' (whatever that is) sent ANOTHER email to me DATED THE SAME DAY I WAS TOLD THE PROMOTION HAD EXPIRED...offering the exact same promotion...someone is not telling the truth here...how can one deal with a huge corporation that doesn't care about truth? What can one small, powerless consumer do about that? I wasted over an hour in travel time and wait time in the store. Zero stars, if I could.
