    Went to store just to get number changed. This is the 2nd Cricket store and did a call in to on line service. Wasn't able to help me on line. Could not get anyone to help me in the Cricket stores. They were laughing and having a good time but didn't have time to wait on me. Never had problems untill I moved to Gulf Shores. These stores here are terrible. Hard to get waited on and then they don't know what to do.

    Amazing customer service. I can't believe these negative reviews they are so helpful and very sweet. They speak Spanish and English here which is a big plus if you ask me . But the manager goes out her way to help with a problem on any devices if her employees don't know how to fix it .
