I came late in the day close to closing time, I came in for something I was too lazy to do by myself, he made the whole process simple and painless. Just a chill guy and easy to talk to, answered all my questions, he knows how to treat customers. I wish Verizon would do more for their employees than just a pat on the back when a customer talks them up.

The manager sat at the desk and never bothered to check with us. But she okayed the bill when it was first generated. Today. We went with TMobile. Whoever sits with bow tie on at a desk….and offers you a great deal. Run!
