    1130ish December 2, 2025. This company store doesn't even deserve a star. It is a long story of crushing your phone. Adding a back up phone you had on hand. Loved the crushed phone so much I ordered a certified pre-owned phone through verizon online. That phone was locked by an IT department with U Bank. So couldn't even set it up. Went in to return in with notes on my account to not charge a restocking fee. Turns out that even an error on verizons part is on the customer. I suggested a fix of charge me the restocking fee and credit my account for....their error. They said no. I asked for them to review the notes on my account...they said no...I then asked for them to make notes on my account for their decision....they said they will not do that. So I walked out with a phone that can't be used by Verizon issued by Verizon and called once again the 800 verizon number. The assistant was amazing and helped me as I suggested. Same policy but she cared. The Enterprise, AL verizon company store manager and assistant could have cared less to even look at the account to understand what happened. I am never an angry customer but today, I had to walk out, go to my truck, breath because i drove a real time hour to get there, and call 800 verizon. She rocked it. They only wanted to get a sale and not help a long term customer at all. This review should be seen by HR because this was the worst I have seen and I am always known as the calmest customer in every situation. That's all folks. That's my review and I will not go back there....ever
